I cannot connect to a Razer device via Near-Field Communication (NFC)

This article explains how to fix a connection issue using the NFC on your Razer device.

Different devices have different NFC chip locations. If you cannot connect to a Razer device via Near-Field Communication (NFC), do the following:

  1. Check with your device manufacturer on the location of your NFC chip.

  2. Have the function enabled.

  3. Connect via NFC.

    Note: Apple devices such as iPhone and iPads have NFC that are only made for Apple Pay and currently do not work with other non-Apple NFC devices.
