Perform either of the steps below
Enable microphone access on apps

Click Start > Settings > Privacy > Microphone.

Allow the access of microphone.

Click the toggle button under “Microphone” to allow access on all apps.

Choose specific applications where you want the microphone to be enabled.

Troubleshoot sound problems

Unplug the devices that are connected via 3.5 mm or USB ports of the Razer Blade.

Go to the "System tray" and right-click the “Speaker” icon and select “Troubleshoot sound problems”.

Enable mic in Device Manager

Go to “Device Manager”.
-
Expand “Audio inputs and outputs”.
-
Right-click on your audio driver and click “Enable device”.

Update mic driver

Right-click on your driver and click “Update driver”.

Reinstall mic driver

Right-click on your audio drivers in the “Device Manager”.
-
Select “Uninstall device”.

Once the uninstallation is complete, reinstall the driver.

Click on “Action” from the top menu on “Device Manager”.

Click “Scan for Hardware Changes”.
-
Your Blade will detect your audio device and install the necessary drivers.
