Razer Thresher 7.1 for PS4 headset does not work while the headset and transmitter are already connected

  • Check if your Razer Thresher 7.1 for PS4 headset is properly paired to your audio hub.
  • Ensure the optical cable is correctly plugged in from the optical input on the audio hub to the optical output of your console device.
  • Check if the sound settings are configured correctly. To do this:
  1. Go to All Settings > Display & Sound > Audio Output.
  2. Select "Bitstream Out" under Optical Audio.
  3. Select "Dolby Digital" under Bitstream Format.
  4. Select "Stereo Uncompressed" under Headset Format.
