This article is a step-by-step process on how to add or remove a device from an alert from the Streamer Companion App.

Add a device

Note: Before you proceed, ensure that your system has all the latest updates installed.

  1. Open the Streamer Companion App and click the "ALERTS" tab.
  2. Click the specified event where you want to add a device to.
  3. Toggle the switch to "On".
  4. Click "Add Device".
  5. Select the device/s you want to add.
  6. Click the exit button of the pop-up. The device is now added.

Remove a device

Note: Before you proceed, ensure that your system has all the latest updates installed.

  1. Open the Streamer Companion App and click the "ALERTS" tab.
  2. Click the specified event where you want to remove a device from.
  3. Click "Remove" under the device's icon. The device is now removed from the alert event.
