Follow the steps below to resolve common issues on your Razer keyboard:

Important: Remove all peripherals except the primary keyboard and mouse.

  1. Update the keyboard’s firmware.

  2. Update both Razer Synapse and the computer's operating system.

  3. Clean the keyboard using a clean microfiber cloth and compressed air.

  4. Connect the keyboard directly to the computer. Do not use a USB hub, extender, or KVM switch.

If it is already connected directly, use a different USB port.

    • Verify that the USB port meets the product requirements, as some keyboards require at least USB 3.0.

    • For keyboards with two USB connectors, plug both connectors into the computer properly.

    • For desktop computers, use the USB ports located at the back of the system unit.

  5. Get the keyboard out of demo mode.

  6. Disable Razer Synapse and test the keyboard.

Note: If the issue persists, it is likely a switch issue. Replace the switch, but only if the keyboard is hot-swappable.

  7. Do a clean re-install of the software if the keyboard works with Razer Synapse disabled.
