Razer Currency and Exchange Rate Policy

Razer collects payments in the following three currencies:

  1. United States Dollar
  2. Euro
  3. Singapore Dollar (SGD)

Depending on your region, your invoice will be quoted in one of these three (USD, EUR, SGD) currencies.

During the checkout, you will be prompted to make a payment using PayPal. Through PayPal, you may have the option to pay using your local currency, but Razer will convert it into one of three currencies resulting in an exchange rate between your local currency and one of the three that Razer uses.

If a refund needs to be issued for your payment, you will receive the refund in the same currency that Razer Collected it (USD, EUR, SGD). If during the initial transaction, you paid using a local currency through PayPal, then there may be a mismatch in currency exchanges between when you initially paid versus the current exchange rate. This would result in a different amount being refunded to you.

Example:

A customer living in New Zealand Receives a quotation from Razer, in amount of 700 Singaporean Dollars (725 New Zealand Dollars). The customer pays the quotation. A week later, Razer refunds the customer 700 Singaporean Dollars, but the exchange rate between Singaporean Dollars and New Zealand Dollars changes, resulting in in a refund of 707.25 New Zealand Dollars.

By agreeing to this currency and exchange rate policy, you understand that Razer is not liable for any exchange rate conversions between your local currency and the currency Razer collects in and that . the exchange rates used by Razer may be obtained from multiple sources, may vary for actual transactions, and are subject to change without notice.
