I cannot log in and reset my password in Razer Synapse

This answer will show you the workaround if you cannot log in and reset your password in Razer Synapse.

Effective February 3, 2026, Razer Synapse 3 will no longer receive updates or support cloud services. After this date, cloud syncing of configurations across PCs using the same Razer ID will be disabled.

Note: Your installed devices will continue to be configurable in Razer Synapse 3. However, if you uninstall these devices completely, you will need to upgrade to Razer Synapse 4 to continue customization.

This is mostly due to not clicking the link in the activation email if your account was created less than 7 days ago.

  1. Double-check your spam or junk folder for the confirmation e-mail.

  2. If the account is more than seven days, repeat the registration process.

  3. In case no email is received, check the spam or junk folder.

  4. Click the link in the confirmation email to immediately activate the account.
