  1. Connect your keyboard directly to your PC’s USB port.

  2. Check for firmware updates.

    1. Visit Software and Firmware Updates for Razer Peripherals to see if a firmware update is available for your device.

    2. Download the firmware.

    3. Follow the on-screen installation instructions.

  3. Exit Razer Chroma App.

    1. Go to the system tray on your taskbar.

    2. Right-click on the Razer icon and select “Exit Chroma”.
