  1. Ensure the controller is in USB mode.
  2. Connect the controller to the computer via USB cable.

    Note: If the controller is stuck in Bootloader mode, the computer will detect it as "Razer Bootloader".

  3. Download and run the appropriate firmware updater for the controller.
  4. Test the controller as it should work as normal after the firmware is successfully installed.
