The "Network is Busy" error is due to poor network connectivity and happens on poor network areas. Most of the time, the call should go through after a second or third attempt. However, If the issue occurs every time you make a call, follow the troubleshooting steps below.
Note: Before you proceed, ensure the Razer Phone is up to date. Navigate to Settings > System > Advanced > System update > Check for update.
- Remove the SIM card and plug it back in.
- Try using your SIM card on another phone to see if the issue is with the SIM card or with the Razer Phone.
- If the SIM card does not work on another phone, your SIM card might be defective. Contact your network provider for assistance.
- If the SIM card works normally on another phone, proceed to the next step.
- Use a different SIM card for the Razer Phone.
- If the issue persists, back up your phone data and perform a factory reset.
The Messaging App’s voice message may have a static noise or sometimes low or inaudible sound on the Razer Phone 2.
Some Razer Phone 2 users may experiencie the following issues:
- The first few seconds of the audio file are extremely quiet, almost inaudible when you put the phone to your ear.
- The first few seconds of the audio file are covered by a loud static noise when you put the phone to your ear.
This is a known issue for the Android Platform and not the Razer Phone. Google has acknowledged this issue and is hoping to have it fixed in future Android OS updates.
Note: Any messaging apps with voice message features could be affected including WhatsApp, Line, Facebook Messenger, Telegram and etc.
