Effective February 3, 2026, Razer Synapse 3 will no longer receive updates or support cloud services. After this date, cloud syncing of configurations across PCs using the same Razer ID will be disabled.
Note: Your installed devices will continue to be configurable in Razer Synapse 3. However, if you uninstall these devices completely, you will need to upgrade to Razer Synapse 4 to continue customization.

Razer has added a new performance mode for the Razer Blade Stealth 13" (2019) | RZ09-0281x called the Creator Mode. To take full advantage of this feature, you will need to install an Embedded Controller (EC) update. With this update, you will have the option to choose among these three performance modes: the default Balanced mode, Low Power mode, and the new Creator mode.
Please note that this update only applies to Razer Blade Stealth model numbers that start with RZ09-02810 and RZ09-02812.

Ensure Windows is up to date. See How to get the latest software and driver updates from Windows.
If you just updated Windows, please install the "Optional updates" under Settings > Windows Update > Advanced options.

Ensure Razer Synapse 3 has all the latest updates installed.
To ensure that your Synapse 3 software is up to date, please log in to your Synapse account. In your system tray, right click on the Synapse 3 logo and select “Check for Updates”. Then, install any available updates for Synapse 3.

Download and install the latest EC update for your Razer Blade Stealth 13" (2019) | RZ09-0281x.
- Download the latest EC Updater.
- Open the file and follow the onscreen prompts to update your EC.
- After installing the updates above, please restart your computer.

Once the update is complete, you should be able to have Creator mode available on Razer Synapse.
