This answer provides instructions when the integrated GPU is no longer detected after installing a discrete GPU on the Razer Tomahawk gaming desktop.

This happens when the appropriate driver for your GPU is not installed or a BIOS setting is incorrect. Follow the steps below to fix it.

  1. Ensure Windows is up to date. See How to get the latest software and driver updates from Windows.

If you just updated Windows, please install the "Optional updates" under Settings > Windows Update > Advanced options.

  2. Download and install the appropriate driver for your GPU from the manufacturer's website.

  3. Restart the Tomahawk and go to BIOS by pressing "F2" while the system is booting up.

  4. Select "IGFX" as the "Primary Display" under "Advanced" > "Video".

Shot of IGFX option under Video in the Advanced tab of the BIOS screen

  5. Save your settings and restart.
