Follow these steps to resolve audio issues on your Razer Phone.

 

This issue could be caused by an outdated Android OS or the file you are trying to play is corrupted. Check out the troubleshooting guide below to fix this issue.

  1. Ensure that the Razer Phone is up to date. Refer to How to check for software updates on the Razer Phone.

  2. Try another file (music, video, and so on) to ensure that it's not playing a corrupted file.

  3. Try another music/video/media player to isolate the issue.

  4. Uninstall any third-party applications/add-ons like volume enhancer applications that they might have installed.

  5. Try another headphone.

  6. If the issue persists, back up your phone data and perform a factory data reset.
