Forward the Sony Network ports in your router to your PlayStation. Forwarding ports, or opening ports, in your router points all traffic coming in on certain ports to a specific internal IP address. -
TCP: 80, 443, 1935, 3478-3480
-
UDP: 3478-3479
-
-
Test Internet Connection on PS.
-
On PS, go to Settings > Network > Test Internet Connection.
-
Connection to the PlayStation network should be successful, and NAT Type should show: "Type 2".
-
Option 2 – Set up DMZ: Check out How to set up Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) on the Razer Sila.
-
Setup a DMZ in your router pointing at your PlayStation.
-

On PS, go to Settings > Network > Test Internet Connection.
