Effective February 3, 2026, Razer Synapse 3 will no longer receive updates or support cloud services. After this date, cloud syncing of configurations across PCs using the same Razer ID will be disabled.
Note: Your installed devices will continue to be configurable in Razer Synapse 3. However, if you uninstall these devices completely, you will need to upgrade to Razer Synapse 4 to continue customization.

Where can I find the USB dongle for my Razer Nari Headset?
The USB dongle for the Razer Nari can be found in its convenient storage location, in the headset.

- Fixed the issue that some headsets with v0014 firmware sometimes may not be able to power on and needs to be recovered after running out of battery.

Download the latest driver.
Update process
- Run the downloaded firmware. The installer will prompt you to close Synapse and all other applications, If you have already done so, click "OK" to proceed.

- Plug in the wireless USB transceiver (dongle) to your PC.
- Connect the headset to the PC using the charging cable provided with the product.
- Launch the downloaded file.

- Click "UPDATE" and wait for the process to complete.

- Click "CLOSE" once the firmware update has been successfully applied.
